The Norwich Bulletin opinion editorial stated that the two Republicans running for Connecticut’s federal delegation are running strong campaigns.

The opinion piece quoted Novak:

“The rule that I have is that everybody has to be polite, no personal attacks,” Novak told “If you personally attack another candidate, my own party or another, you’re automatically off the campaign.”

The Novak campaign is a strong campaign focused on positive issues that matter to Connecticut voters. The style and focus of the Novak campaign have always been rooted in that firm conviction, this is is really nothing new. This is very likely part of the reason why the campaign is so strong at this point in time. Voters do care about issues that affect their daily lives and they are looking for solutions.
